Weight restrictions:
Each flight has a maximum total weight limit. A surcharge of 50% of the tour rate will be applied to passengers weighing more than 240 lbs (110 kg).
Note:
A routine safety briefing is conducted prior to take-off. Sights, flight paths and flight times may vary due to weather, air traffic control or pilot discretion. Flights operate weather permitting. In the event of unsafe flying conditions, flights will be cancelled and, if possible, rebooked. Children age 2 and younger may ride free of charge. Limit of one free child admission per couple. Fuel surcharge: As a result of the increasing price of fuel, a surcharge of AU$10.00 per passenger will be collected at the airport (surcharge subject to change).

After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it is critical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.
Exchange your voucher for activity:
Reservation confirmation required. Please call at least 48 hours in advance of your desired tour date. The customer service phone number appears on your printed voucher(s). Pick-up service is available from select hotels; please inquire when confirming reservation. Upon pick-up, present your voucher(s) to the driver. If you are not on the pick-up route, you may meet the flight at the redemption address listed on your voucher(s). You must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled flight time.
