Explore a 4-million-liter Oceanarium that features four different species of sharks—including seven adult grey nurse sharks and a juvenile grey nurse shark born on the premises—as well as four different species of stingrays, giant turtles, and more. Programs are available for both certified and inexperienced divers.

*Sharks are fed on these days.

Participant restrictions:
It is a safety requirement that you do not scuba dive the same day that you fly; please plan your dive accordingly. Participants must be at least 14 years old and able to swim. Participants who are deaf or do not speak fluent English need to contact a Shark Dive representative prior to booking their dive to ensure that suitable translation facilities can be arranged. All participants must sign a declaration form that includes, but is not limited to, the following: (1) Participant does not suffer from pre-existing medical or psychological conditions which may (or should) prevent the participant from undertaking the dive, and (2) Participant enters the Oceanworld premises and participates in the dive at their own risk. Oceanworld is not liable or responsible for any loss, damage, or injury, no matter how caused, including any arising from a participant's failure to obey instructions or disclose medical limitations.

Note:
There is a maximum of 4 introductory divers or 5 certified divers per session. Certified divers must provide a valid dive certification card. Please bring a swimsuit and towel. Divers may bring their own mask and full-length wetsuit if they wish. Any other objects or equipment not provided by Oceanworld, including cameras, are not allowed. Change rooms and storage lockers are available, but Oceanworld disclaims any responsibility for items lost through theft, breakage, or otherwise. All dives are at the discretion of Oceanworld, who retains the right to cancel a dive for safety or any other reasons. Canceled dives are rebooked if possible and if not, a refund voucher will be issued.

Redemption Details

After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it is critical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.

Exchange your voucher for activity:
Reservation confirmation is required. Please contact a Shark Dive representative at least 72 hours prior to your desired dive date and time. Due to the small number of participants allowed per session, it is recommended you call as far in advance as possible to secure your reservation. Participants who are deaf or do not speak fluent English need to notify the representative prior to confirmation to ensure that suitable translation facilities can be arranged. The customer service phone number appears on your printed voucher(s). Note: Post-confirmation changes will incur a fee.
Please arrive at Oceanworld's main entrance at least 15 minutes prior to your dive session start time and present your voucher(s). Arrivals after this time may result in non-admittance without refund.
