Blue Mountains Sightseeing Day Tour

Cross the Harbour Bridge and start your day tour with a visit to an Australian wildlife park. While there, take the unique opportunity to hand-feed kangaroos, encounter emus, walk through rainforest aviaries, and to pet a koala! Journey on for a scenic drive to the Blue Mountains—named after the distant bluish haze created by Eucalyptus vapors—with a stop at the quaint mountain village of Luera and Katoomba—the resort capital of the area.

Climb to Echo Point for views of the Three Sisters soaring over Jamison valley, and travel along scenic Cliff Drive with its sweeping panoramas over Megalong Valley. From there, ride the world’s steepest railway (own expense), or walk along the valley-floor boardwalk under a towering canopy of tree ferns.

After time provided for lunch, continue on through mountain towns and deep valleys and the stunning sights of this World Heritage-listed location. Returning to Sydney, see the Richmond Air Force Base and Homebush Bay—the site of the 2000 Olympic games.

Note:
Many tour companies depart fron the Star City Coach Terminal. To find your coach, go behind the outdoor staircase into the bus bay and find the Grayline customer service desk to check in where a representative will direct you to your departure point or guide.
The ride on the Scenic Flyway Cable Car is not included in the cost of this tour. If you choose not to purchase the tour + lunch package, you may buy lunch at your own expense.

If your hotel is not on the pick-up route, you may meet the tour at Star City Coach Terminal; the address will appear on your voucher(s). Please present your voucher(s) to the staff member upon arrival at the Star City Terminal; you will be directed to your coach. Present your voucher(s) to the boarding staff as you board the coach.
